Hi i am now on my 9th week of stopping smoking, in the beginning i had no signs of being tired, now i am yawning a lot. I still have the panic and anxiety attacks but they are subsiding. I am taking vitamin D and organic oregano oil every morning. A bowl of fresh fruit

Feeling very lonely, done 56 days of no smoking i went cold turkey, need people to talk to me. I am on my own my worry and anxiety is bad, i try to activities to overcome this but my mind wanders back to being isolated. Just for info i cant talk about what's going on in the world as it sets off my panic attack. I am not watching the news and have come off social media

Hi i stopped smoking 7 weeks ago and just went cold turkey, it has not been pleasant to say the least.
My anxiety and panic attacks are constant.
I am pleased that i have stopped and I have no desire to ever smoke again. I asked the doctor to prescribe some anti depressant and only gave me some last week sertraline which takes 4 weeks to get into your system. So i have not bothered taking them...
