I am pleased to say im on day 8. I am dealing with cravings by eating. But thats better than smoking. I am having problems sleeping. Is this a normal withdrawal and also how long until i get some sleep? I am still in the process of retraining the brain to deal with stresses instead of reaching for that smoke. Its all about finding another coping mechanism. Also i have a sore mouth. Like ulcers. I...
