Its now 480 days since I smoked my last cigarette and said good by to Mr. Nic o teen... What a journey. My little boy just turned 6 month and I started working again. Rarely get the urge to smoke, not even after an extremely stressful nightshift, although I think of smoking it sometimes, but more as a fleeing thought... it just passes... When I was smoking, I was not sure if there was a me with...

1 year ago, I went to this homepage and joined the Ex-smoker community. 1 year ago my journey started with horrible cravings and desperate feelings that it never gets better. 1 year ago I started running away my urges out of desparation that I might smoke... During my journey of not smoking, I got fitter (due to the running) and I got pregnant and now have a healthy boy wiggeling around the hous...

10 month ago, I had my last visit from Mr. Nic o Teen. He has been missed badly, especially the first few monthes. But the longer it is, since I have seen him, the less I miss him. Shortly after I have stopped smoking, I got pregnant. And now the miracle baby- one who decided to exist against many odds- is alive, healthy and happy bubbling beside my side.. I am so happy and would like to share ...

So now finally, I am 6 month away from all these bad addictive things called cigarettes.. Been exposed to quite a lot of passive smoking in the last few month, as many of my european friends smoke, but well. Honestly said, yes, there are still some few moments, where I would like to have a puff- and I assume these moments will never stop- but there are so many more moments where I feel less st...

Its now 150 days into quitting, and actually time to share with you the miracle of quitting. Just 1 month as an ex-smoker I got pregnant! It's been 2 month since I stopped smoking.. It was a hard time but actually such an amazing experience. I feel that I am much stronger now, that I can cope with problems. Feel that I have again control over my life. For the people who are still considering to stop... -as it might have been slightly different as others....what helped the most was jogging... I basically just run out the very bad ...
