Yes! 63 days up! The cravings are virtually gone. If I think cigarette I quickly think YUCK and SPEW. I might think cigi time 3 or 4 times a day at worst. When I wake up in the morning I think cup of tea time! Other triggers such us after a meal go without thought of a cigi most times now.

Wow, it's day 43 for me off all nicotine. my last dose was a bumper rollie cigi'. It really does get easier. I crave perhaps 4 - 5 times a day still but those craves are short lived. They only last for a couple of minutes. The triggers are the stress caused by failing a computer game mission. I can cope with this by stopping the game for a good period. &nb...
33 days off nicotine now! My worst crave is no longer waking up, instead it is while playing video games. I can wake up without thinking cigi now which is wonderful. While playing video games I got used to lighting up and I am missing this.
I have been substituting with junk food and I have put back on the weight which is a bloody shame. But, oh well, that is better than smoking!
