Still going on ,nights are tough still feel like having one cig,coping with that.
I don't no when these cravings will go, they make me weak, I get tempted to have one cig,any how controlling my self, may be yoga could help me in reducing those cravings,any suggestions guys.
Today is my tenth day .Early night hours are hard to pass. Still going day by day. Trying hard to distract my mind. Positivity is a great factor, one can't go ahead without positivity.kept a target of one month.
Hi every body today I am eight day free from smoking, just going on.
Today is my sixth day staying away from cig is very very hard at times ,some how managing, self counselling helps some times,staying positive thinking positive works ,negativity creeps in but then work on yourself .
Today is my third day, still going on without sticks,long journey ahead, need to be positive.
