Today I reached my 1yr quit 🙂 365 days 😊In the first few weeks I thought I would never reach this milestone but I have. Huge thanks to everyone on here, quit line (Australia) and my hugely supportive family and friends for all the tips and support.
My mantra though this has been... every arrow not fired will miss the target 🎯 so for you all on this journey, keep firing those arrows and you will...
196 days smoke free and feeling soo good 🙂. First few weeks were tuff but hang in there it really does get easier. I don't really think about smoking anymore and after 40 a day for 40 yrs not a bad achievement 🤗 Just booked 6 week holiday in Europe with the money I have saved and best bit is I don't have to worry about a 23hr smoke free flight 👍
Day 11 and find this battle so hard, using gum and not smoked but can't get rid of these cravings .
Any tips on how to dig deep and not give in 😫
