Day 3... getting harder... sailed through day 1... day 2 started to get urges and last night I very nearly gave in. Today is day 3 and struggling. Trying to stay positive but also find myself thinking “just one”. Also getting very snappy and irritable and thinking this isn’t fair on the kids (after I’ve snapped at them for the 50th time). So quit day is tomorrow... already dreading it.. part of me feels what’s the point, damage will already be done, but then my sensible head says, it might not 🤷♀️ I smoke rollies, been smoking about 35 years... hope I can stay strong... I know health wise I need to do this. Good luck to everyone on their journey
