Almost 6 weeks cold turkey. Right away started aggressive exercise plan. Every day work out. Avoid sweets. Lots of water. I am 62 years old. Have lost 14 lbs. feeling better than I can ever remember. Screw those cigs it's a one way ticket to an early grave. I don't miss them at all. Remember N1P. Never 1 puff. On ward to enjoying a smoke free life. And thanks to all for your support!
Exercise and lots of water. After 1 month no more cough. And breathing so much better
Too hop. 1 month today. Feeling great no cravings. Lots of water and exercise. Have lost 11 pounds this month. Increasing exercise. Smokers quit cough gone. focus on the long haul..stay focused...approaching 1 month smoke free...still lots of water and exercise..cold turkey for me and I am feeling so good...quitters cough almost gone...any iseas of having a smoke are dismissed quickly...still stuck at 9 libs of weight lost...stay strong all you can do it!!!
Face it like me when I smoked I did not stay fit at all..easy to be a smoker and be lazy...also had gained weight smoking. Now 2 days short of 3 weeks...still very focused...no sweets lots of water and just like my 1st quit day lots of exercise...still down 11 lbs from 19 days ago will need to step it up next week to lose that last 9 lbs...but since focus has been on getting healthy and exer...
I quit 17 days ago...I immediately forcused on physical fitness...I am 62 years young ..today was a 1 mile run followed by 5 mile bike ride...since I have quit I can do more much more than when I started 17 days ago...I was worried about gaining weight...I have lost 11 lbs...lots of water...no sweets..no bread...healthy eating and remember N1P never 1 puff...never want to relapse again!!

N1p. Never 1 puff. Had quit for 1 1/2 years the had that 1 cigerette. Triggered another 2 years of smoking. Day 12 now cold turkey. Feeling great lots of water and lots of excerise. Remember. N1p. Never again for me. Con rats to all who are also quitting!!!!!! Well done!!!!
