Well I have made it into day 4 of this I am hoping will be my final quit. The weekends are the toughest for me as my husband sits in the garage and smokes all weekend while I sit myself in the house. Oh well, I am determined to keep this quit so I guess I'll just have to amuse myself.
I was diganoised with mild COPD in December of 2005. Since then I have tried quiting so many times that I have truly lost count. I think my biggest problem is I get lonely, my husband still smokes so he's out in the garage all the time (I don't allow smoking in the house) so I go out to see him and end up smoking.
