November 16th 2018 marked another milestone for me 4 years I have now been smoke free I can’t be more happier with my progress you have to fight those cravings yes I still get them but not as much I fight through them i work with a collegue who smokes but it doesn’t bother me I can’t stand the smell of cigarettes anymore I’m hoping many others out there will follow x
I gave up smokes on 16th November 2014 I’m now feeling a whole lot better today is an exciting day for me as my eldest sons partner is currently in labour with my first grandchild my future is looking so much better starting next week I’ll be back doing my morning runs to try get my fitness back I never thought I could do it but I am 👍👌
ive been smoke free now for over 4 months and im feeling alot better more active im aiming at getting my fitness back for netball
my quit journey so far has been pretty good im coming up to the 3 week mark and im feeling so refreshed and getting more energy by the weeks , ive gone back to bike riding good thing is now a days i get to ride around with my 4 boys and husband. I've never had a slip up yet not even a temptation im so proud of myself and so are my family
i have now been smoke free for 8 days and im feeling alot better im actually going bike riding with 2 of my boys on a daily basis and its so refreshing we go for about an hour or more and the boys love it as well im so happy that im actually able to get more involved with what my boys what :)
