    Hi all, go team Champix! I'm 132 days smoke free, saved over $1900, ridden 2 mountain bike marathons and a heart foundation challenge. 105 km on a mountain bike from Brisbane to Southport. I'm feeling great. To think 5 months ago I was over a pack a day addict. I started with small goals. 3days, then 1week, then 2, and now double it. Small challenges.     Hi all, GO TEAM CHAMPIX. my first goal was 3 days. Then 3weeks. Then to do it again. So now I've done it. How stoked am I? Yeah it's not easy, but 1 day at a time, 1 craving at a time.     Hi all, I've done it, reached the 3 week milestone. Next step is to do it again. GO TEAM CHAMPIX!!!! One step at a time.     Hi all, day 17. GO TEAM CHAMPIX. This is great. Over 2 weeks, hardly even feelin like a ciggy. Had a few beers with the boys on the w'end. Didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Go me. I still maintain a change of life and routine to change your life is the key. You gotta want it for you. Running and biking daily. Feelin great. No quitting quitting this time....

    Day 11. Go team Champix!!!! Still feelin pretty good. Cravings getting easier to handle, but nows not the time to be complacent.     That's right. Day 9 done. How good am I. Cravings are nothing but a feeling that can be controlled, that's what I keep telling myself. Still struggling a bit sometimes though.     Hi all, woohoo. I've done the week. Who'd have thought it. Not me, that's for sure. Go Champix. The only side affect for me is a little stomach pain shortly after I take them.
