Hi guys..im back am happy now because im already got 142 days staying quit..every morning i woke-up and before i sleep i drink apple cider vinegar with water.that is my secret staying quit. hehehe.

Today is my 80 days free from smoke. My biggest achievement so far since the day I start smoking on last 1995 and regular smoker on last 1997 (30 stick per/day or two packs). I am commited to stay clean, and also to have a healthier life and a model of my two sons,ehehehe.and i hope that i cannot go back again to smoke.
