Well I'm proud to say I'm 1yr and 1 day into my journey and can safely say I'm still a non smoker. I still find it hard sometimes as my fiancé still smokes but I know I'm better off being smoke free!!
184 days and still smoke free. Even managed to save for a family holiday to Bali!
148 days smoke free!! So happy with my journey so far as a non smoker. Still have days where I feel tempted but am finding it really easy to control myself and not give in. Allan Carr's book is amazing! 😃🚭
I am on my 2nd attempt at taking champix and am on day 9. Made my quit day for yesterday as I felt ready to quit. So far I have been having really bad nausea, headaches and feeling slightly "out of it" most days. Was wanting to know if anyone else has been getting blurred vision at all? I have been getting that for the last few days and am wondering if it's a side effect from the champix.
