No it hasn't been all smooth sailing but I have not made smoking an option.
I had a mighty rough couple of days last week where I suddenly wanted a smoke, not one, a whole pack .
All reasoning went out the window. I was using my spray double to get me through the pangs. It was truly awful.
But I knew I would totally regret the decision to buy a pack and just couldn't do it.

Im still on NRT. Using the spray now. Ive overcome the hand mouth thing and needing lozenges or lollies. Just a quick spray if im feeling tense or overwhelmed.
My 3 yr old can push my buttons so hard sometimes...

The good thing is , I don't feel like a smoke at all, but I do want to attemp to get of the spray now. Problem is, I am addicted to it, and I'm trying to raise a 3 year old on my own , I have no family or friends for support . I moved to a new town a year ago.
So each time he throws a Tatrum or has a meltdown , I start freakin out and head for the NRT.

I've been trying to quit for 20 years. My longest, lasting around 6 months, my reason was , I had 2 girlfriends die within 1 month with lung cancer, aged 41& 39.
