28 February 2018 at 20h00 here in South Africa was my last smoke. End of July would be 5 months. I am enjoying my freedom, so to speak. The past 36 days have just been up and down, wanting to smoke, lusting after that cig and obsessing after that cig and then those moments when you go "thank God I don't smoke" I can now walk further, no heavy / tight chest and no signs of wheezing chest... I breath deep and fast, in an out one after the other, non stop for about 5 minutes. When I am done the craving have gone away.
