It’s been 12months and 2 days, it’s not easy whatever path you choose. I found patches and gum really helpful. I now vape a couple of times a day (usually only if a craving occurs however I can now identify my stress levels and manage them without thinking of smoking). 40years of smoking is behind me and I look forward now to 40 years of being a non smoker.
