any time I feel the urge to smoke, I tell someone I quit, and so I am not a liar, I dont smoke, it has been working for me!!! I am smoke free 4 months today
90 days smoke free,I am so blessed in all the support I recieve after 42 years of smoking and now I am not, is just sometimes overwhelming!!! I know now that anyone can do anything as long as you make up your mind to do it!!! thank you all for being there for us all
smoke free for 78 days off chantix now for 2 weeks still not wanting to smoke but still eating a lot but trying a high protein diet and it is somewhat helping, got a nasty headache most of the time, dont know what that is but at least I am not smoking, going to start exercising and going to start going to see a nutritionist, will see how that goes!!! hang in there people, it is not easy but it is...
I think drinking more water helps by flushing out the toxins and keeps me busy enough,by extra trips to the bathroom thatby the timeI do all that I dont have the urge to go outside and have a smoke
