    Hi everyone, I can't believe I have reached day 100. It hasn't been easy but so worth it. Please don't give up do whatever it takes to get you through each second, hour, day. Sleep, clean, eat, walk, run, exercise, stretch, cry, scream, deep breath, reward yourself just don't give in to the cravings / thoughts you are much stronger than that.     70 Days Quit

    Hi all, I have been away a little bit but it is good to see everuone's stories. I am so proud of all of you keep going and keep sharing as it gets us through the difficult days.     Rapid Heart Rate

    Well I have made it to day 45 and I was starting to feel so much better physically and emotionally. However, since last night I have had a rapid heart rate and was wondering if this is common.     I can't beleive I have reached 40 days - apart from 2 puffs I had early on. Just like everyone else I have had good days and very bad days - you just have to stay strong and ride out the cravings and push the thoughts away.     I have reached 30 days smoke free !! wow I can't believe I made it. It has been a crazy roller coaster ride,. But I have come out the other side stronger, happier and with more energy this week.     Day 25 smoke free after 30 years of smoking and I was so proud of myself until... I slipped up today and I'm so disappointed & angry with myself.     Ringing in the ears

    WOW I have made it to day 14 - thanks for all your comments they have given me strenght to resist on the very difficult days. stay strong everyone. Has anyone experienced ringing or wooshing sounds in ears? it started at the same time I quit. Is this a quitting symptom & will it go away? it is very loud at night making it difficult to fall asleep.
