After suffering body aches and pains my guess from withdrawal I am still feeling a bit sluggish today. ( lack of interest ) in doing anything Just had something that stressed me out. now I want a cigarette so bad. but I am trying very hard to fight it off. Asking myself is it really worth it. I know we are all different, Today is Day 2 of smoke free. It is also the 2nd morning in a row I have woken up feeling tired and body aches and pains. I am not sure if I should put this down as withdrawal symptoms or another medical condition I have that has this type of symptoms. Thank you in advance
Day 10 of starting to stop quitting but day 4 smoke free. Nausea,fatigue,aches and pains. I am not sure if this is side effect of the patches or withdrawal symptoms. But Not feeling the best. I understand some here has to work. Lucky I don't but still having trouble getting though my day. So how do you cope getting though your day feeling like all you want to do is sleep.
