been 264 days smoke free for me today and its been a challenge no 2 ways but also doable !!
no secret tricks other than not picking up that 1st smoke and slowly dealing with the stuff that kept me smoking and that's been the hard part dealing with my issues and if you are like me th...
just dropped in to see who's around and say I am 6 months nicotine free and its been hard in dealing with other non smoke related issues that of cause are smoke related to some degree.

so if I do what I have done this last 50 days and improve on it also I recon I can do another 50 days one day at time.
so if I can ...
6 days still detoxing feel the stuff coming out of me and in me, lots of showers, sleep is all over the shop, still feel dirty, cold turkey after 30 years of smoking body and brain are going through so many changes.

I knew this day would come where I was sick and tired of being sick and tired and 100% wanted to stop, so one day at time or one craving/thought at a time, I need never s...
