Hey Guys, it's been ages since I've been on the site. I've been busy with the usual stuff. I'm going great. Smoking is now in my past and it's not something I with to pick up. It's around 74 days now.

So it's been a month already since I quit smoking. The time has flown by really. I remember posting here when I was 2 days quit. Thanks to everyone here for their support :)
All in all it's getting easier. But as I've said in other posts, sometimes I still feel that urge to have a cigarette. However I resist so all good. But relating to how others feel, it gets annoying at times.

So far my journey of quitting cold turkey has been fruitful. I haven't had a slip up. Even now though, I still get cravings from time to time. It does get annoying because it becomes difficult to ignore. In saying this, I find <strong>keeping busy</strong> is probably one of the best ways to get through cravings. Especially now that I have a lot more time!

I stopped smoking a couple of days ago. I've been a smoker for ages. Over 20 years. It's probably the hardest thing my body has been through, resisting to smoke. You don't realise how addictive it is until you stop. However, I'm determined to see this to the end.
Day 1 was by far worse than today, Day 2. My body just wanted nicotine, and fighting off the cravings was hard work.
