I haven't been on the site for a while but thought i'd share this with you all. I am 176 days smoke free and at the weekend whilst walking through the shopping centre I see a pack of cigs on the floor. where most people would probably carry on walking I divert to where they are and give the pack a little kick "just to see if its empty". It's not, it's unopened! I pick it up and then torture mysel...

So i'm 123 days quit today and i'm feeling down and upset over family stuff and there's that f*****g nicodemon sat on my shoulder telling me its ok to just have one. I wanted to share this with everyone here so I don't give in to temptation. I know having a smoke won't make me feel any better or less upset, in fact i'll be more upset after the amount of time thats passed as a non smoker. Onwards ...

He was filmed during treatment still smoking. Then told he had months to live...You just never know when its your turn!! 108 days smoke free for me and I hope that i've quit in time and it's ...

Day 26 cigarette free and I have to say that I no longer have that fuzzy feeling in my head that I used to feel every morning when I got out of bed. I used to feel so tired in the morning when I smoked and now I feel more energised and can breathe better. I can even ride my bike without my lungs feeling like they're about to burst out my chest. Feeling better all round for having quit thanks to C...

Almost 3 weeks without a cigarette and not doing too bad at all. However, not sure if Champix is making me feel a bit queasy all of a sudden. Thought side effects would have happened in first few days, not 4 weeks later!! But the tablets really work for me so will soldier on with them. Cravings minimal and think less and less about smoking every day. I can even watch a movie without thinking abou...

Hi everyone, I started on Champix 8 days ago and had my last cigarette 3 days ago. The withdrawal symptoms on Champix have been next to nothing. Don't get me wrong I do think about cigarettes and all my associations and triggers but ...
