First week was fine.
On day 8 and I’m Annoyed. Angry. Can’t have a coffee because it’s my #1 trigger.
I can’t believe I have had no cigarettes in 5 whole days. This is the 1st time in 20 years I didn’t go a day without a puff. I feel proud. I just want to keep going like this and I’ll be happy.
Every time I crave a cigarette I eat. Even if I just had a meal, I would usually have a cigarette, instead I am eating more food.
I have struggled with weight gain since having children 5 years ago, so maybe Nicotine was a big impact on me not being able to put on weight? I wonder....
I have done nothing but sleep. I’m so demotivated.
I feel so irritable. Angry.
