hello everyone, it was really long period after my last time posting here :) I feel very well I don't have any cravings or stress or something like this.
With cigarettes I have quitted also weeds or hookah, so everything smoking. now I have exactly 1 year after quitting. what is your ideas or experiences about smoking weed???
friends thank u for your stories and support, on weekends I'm allways in clubs and bars and everyone everywhere is smoking in my country and I'm very strong and proud of myself, but this shit smell everywhere is making me some nervous, especially when I'm drunk. I have said NO to weed, what about u? is anyone here smoking weeds in the first months? I'm on my 75 days
I've quited for 2 months, in this period I have permanently diseases of the throat. it's a painfull, I was to the doctor, she sad I have chronical inflammatory process and it will be always suffer me.
May u have same experience about throat problems? Or may be it's in connection to quiting??
Today is my exactly 2 months after quitting, I feeling so healthy and proud, I will never look back and will never touch this drugs.thanks everyone for helping.
after quiting I began running more actively. I get up at 6-7 AM and running 3-4 times in a week. after quiting I don't have shortbreathings while running and I'm happy.
58 days smoke free, at this time I'm a bit relaxed and not so irritating. I'm always talking around me with smokers about benefits of quit smoking and this is good for my self motivation. Friends are boring but I don't care :))
I'm happy and proud about quitting for 47 days, When Im sleeping I smoke in dreams and what can I do? Any ideas? i heard it from many people. May u have spme specific recomendatios? thank u
