So another milestone for me....19 months smoke free, and according to my save calculator thing, i have saved over 6k...although that figure should be higher at the price of cigs today. Love the freedom I have and when I see smokers, I pity them and just so happy I'm not them anymore. Goodluck to all of you on your quit journeys.

Hi all. As some of you know, Im holidaying in beautiful Greece atm. So proud to be at this point of my quit journey. Despite being in a country whos 2nd nature is smoking AND anywhere/everywhere (no bans), im doing extremely well....hardly ever thinking about smoking, let alone feeling any urges. I knew this holiday would be the ultimate test for me, due to the social smoking society here ......

Well, here I am at 40 days smoke free. I have been completely off Champix for about a week now and all is well.....I occasionally think about when I would've smoked and pat myself on the back when I completely haven't thought about smoking eg after a large meal or a coffee. Every year, this day has come and gone without it meaning anything to me, BUT today it means a whole lot, cause Ive done it.... day 18 smoke free and I couldn't be happier. I am weaning myself off Champix by taking .5 tab only, every second morning and have been doing this for 1 week now and feel absolutely fine.
