Im happy that i was able reach up until today as smoke free. No more cravings , but panic attacks are terrible. I feel so down sometimes. I just dont want to move . My breathing sometimes stable , sometimes not. Palpitations getting day by day. I can stay awake for 24 hours, im becoming insomiac. At this very moment , while writing this , im trembling and scared for no reason. I am being crazy?
Day 25. I felt relieved that for the entire day i didnt feel too much pain. i was able to sleep 7 hours . my breathing is so much better compared to yesterday. definitely, no cravings which is good. however , a little discomfort on my back. muscle spasms i guess. Still with all these , i know theres a long way to go but im still thankful that ive come this far.
Covid19 time. Cold Turkey here and its Day 24. today is a tough one. i feel my lungs are swollen , too much chest pain and wheezing. muscle and back pain. I hope this day will end soon and all this physical withdrawal will be gone. Im scared that i wont be able to manage this pain and end up for relapse. The only good thing that happened on my 24th day, the craving is not as strong as it used to...
