Today is my day 1, again. Although this time I’m feeling a lot more content and ready than the times in the past. I have made a plan with steps which I can follow,

I am wondering if anyone could suggest a good quality guided visualisation i could access, whether found on an app, or on youtube? I am a bit fussy when it comes to these, but any suggestons from people who are actually using them and on the same journey as me to not smoking, would be helpful!
