Unfortunately I am not one of the people that helps motivate others towards their quit date on this occassion. I need to set myself another (maybe a little more realistic time) date for my "New Me" image of being a nne smoker. I hope to still be able to check other peoples goals and tips to make my next quit date become a reality. Well done to all the achievers and keep up your great effort.
3.45am and I am still awake....had a cig and then opened compariates journey line. Just had another 1/2 cig because there was no one else to have the ability to be a nightowl. Has anyone got a tip to help md through the moment of just taking a few puffs because life is not what I wanted it to turn out like
Yes I am afraid this is going to be a long status:
1st has anybody got tips for the "I need to get out of bed to prepare food for those I love.....I cannot seem to get past the "I need/have to or I always START THE DAY LIKE THIS and I need it to get going....GO OUTSIDE AND HAVE AT LEAST A FEW PUFFS AND THEN BUTT AND SAVE THE REST FOR LATER?

Could someone please explain how I am supposed to use the tracking daily of smokes.......do I enter how many cigs I have consumed by the end of the day or for each smoke I have, I make an individual entry?
