I have realised I have passed 8 months smoke free. I am bloody proud of myself. I have done it w through covid and losing my marriage and the life I knew. It has made me realise I am a strong woman. And proud of myself. It makes me feel good to be able to share that with my I can quit family. I proud of the woman I have become. You can do it too.
It has been 6 months and I have been really good. But I have had to deal with a smoker opposite my unit for many months but for some reason it is really affecting me tonight. Help
Today is day 20 and for some reason I find myself cranky and craving. I keep saying NOPE to myself but it’s really hard today. I was doing so well. Any ideas why this is happening now please.
I was out tonight and on the way home was so determined that When I got there was “just going to have one”. Then I got on here and just read stories. You are all so amazing the way you encourage everyone. It has helped me. Thank you all.
It’s only day four today but I am feeling proud of myself. I also just saw the NOPE mantra. I love it and have now got it stuck in my head. Good luck everyone and have a great fresh smelling day.
Finding it very hard tonight. Fighting it but cranky.
Tomorrow is my planned quit day. Today I have spring cleaned my bedroom. Clean sheets and clean pillows. Tonight after showering and washing my hair I look forward to jumping into a smoke free bed. Hopefully this time I CAN QUIT FOR GOOD.
