Well it's been eighteen months since I took up smoking and during that time I keep telling my self when the pressure and stress settle down I will try again.
Truth is its an excuse and I now realize that so come this Saturday I will be a non smoker again and I am also going to try hypnosis as an aid to give up smoking
Hi all I was wondering if someone has a really stressful job how they cope with the stress now
Well another week has passed and check me out I am still a non smoker. I am still getting the occasional craving and I manage to just keep busy till it passes which does not take long these days. I am loving the fact that I am not a slave any more to a stupid addiction and I definitely feel better now. Any way I hope you all stayed smoke free this week and have a smoke free future
Well lets see today is 22 days smoke free and apart from the odd real craving I am doing well.
Most of my cravings now are just habit cravings but this week did bring a return a couple of times of real ones and insomnia as well.
But I am really proud of my self as I am still smoke free.
I hope every one else is sticking to there guns and had another smoke free week
I went all of Sunday with out taking a champix tablet and went to bed Sunday night belong I had taken one that day and I would take one the next morning.

Things have been really stressful at work this week with each day a make or break it sought of day and the ...

Well week one come and gone and i didn't die from not smoking imagine that.
The first two days thought about smoking all day and was thinking the champix was not working.
Days 3-5 thought about smoking less and the cravings really only came in the afternoon.
Also had a really hard day at work on day 5 and a fellow worker said to me bet you fell like a smoke and my response was brilliant.
Hi I have been taking champix and the cravings are less this time but are still there and I find that I still have to use a lot of will power in the afternoons as I become more tired from the stress of the day. On a positive note I discovered my sense of smell has returned today after three days of not smoking and it makes me more determined to never smoke those cancer sticks again
