So that's me 84 days since my quit date. I had a drink of alcohol last week for the first time since I quit. I was with someone who was smoking and I took 3 puffs of their roll up. It was horrible! I am nervous about quitting (again)! I am now 52 and have been smoking full time since 16.
It is something that I have to do as I am noticing shortness of breath becoming more pronounced. It probably doesn't help that working from home has seen my daily intake increase.
