I have phantom tingling along both my arms. When I rub them with my palm, my palm feels cold up against my tingling arms. I am thinking that my arms shouldn’t be tingling anymore since I’m on day 12. My nerve endings should be ok by now.... I realize this is phantom symptoms. I had these during my previous quota as well.

I am happy to say I am a non-smoker. Saying this aloud to my loved ones helped me accept this. My eight month mark seemed to be the most difficult for me. I have pulled through that difficult time and now I feel a lot better. I have persevered. I don't smoke. I am content. Unfortunately all of my money is going on doctors. I am being treated privately for my mental health. I am stable and fairly ...
