I made a tea rugged up (its a cold morning here) and am enjoying a almost quiet moment on the deck and realising what true relaxation feels like.

Hi all, I am on day 3 of patches. I'm used to smoking 20-25 cigarettes a day and am down to 2 with the patches on. I have constant headaches since approx early arvo day 1. Does anyone have any advise as to how long these last and anything I can do to make them go away quicker?
