    Am 12 days in and very Careful whom i am around. Have tried Many times Before. Cold turkey is the only way for me.     It’s been 17 days since my last cigarette and I must say I am proud. 2 week mark was very important to me because everyone kept saying that it gets easier after 2 weeks. It really does.
