Today I went to a check up appointment for my dental cyst. They said that I should have a procedure removing it after all - dental cystostomy. Every day I smoked my breathing got that little bit worse.
As I mentioned before, I quit smoking on December 10, 2018. I did so because that's the day I had surgery and spent 9 days in the hospital.
All of my health issues can be attributed to smoking.
Today I had to have a heart stress test done, to see if I have done any damage to it.
I will get the results next month.

I am 58 years old and smoked for 43 years of that, smoked between 15 to 30 a day. Tried many times to give up prior without success. Just on 3 1/2 years quit and still can’t quite believe I did it after 53 years of self and family abuse.
Yes the early months were difficult but once my mind engaged in quitting 100% then things got easier.
There are numerous ways of quitting but I took a selfie of myself smoking my last cigarette and went totally cold turkey. Still got that selfie as a reminder.
