Can any one come up with one GOOD reason to continue smoking?
come on, any excuse will suffice.
Get it off your chest. BE honest.
We want to know why people smoke.
We hear how marvelous it is to be free.
But what keeps you smoking?
Any ideas would be welcome on a forum from smokers (Ex-smokers too) around this world.
I always can quit for around 4 days then if I feel like going out to a club I always get a pack of cigs because it sought of goes with it for me and seems like more fun and enjoyment while having a drinks.
So 50 days so far, 50 bloody days! can't believe how quick it's gone... so since i was last here a couple weeks ago i think i have still been on track with no smoking, i've gradually started not even thinking about it maybe a slight little bit in the back of my head but not as bad, and the champix is going well with just the 1 tablet for me it's great! After ending up in hospital diagnosed with PVD(clotted artery in groin)... that was enough for me to wake up and smell the roses..... well anything other than cigarettes really!!!!
