I'm on day 19 and I'm feeling like i have problems with my taste somehow..it's like I'm feeling sick all the time but the feeling get stronger in night in addition to some gas and constipation problems which deprive me from eating well so i want to know if I'm the only one who experienced this ?
So I stopped smoking for 18 days now. And my body is going through weird feelings. Sometimes short of breath and my body hurts sometimes and my sleep is messed up. I sleep a lot but all short naps even at night. Is this normal?
