Omg I have noticed for the last week I have been sooo hungry all the time. Is this normal and will it slow down. At least I drink plenty of water which I might add has only been since quitting. Please someone tell me my food intake will decrease lol. I’m trying to choose healthy to munch on at the moment ❤️💋❤️
Hello guys, this is the second time i post here about my quitting experience and i gladly can say that today i am 291 days smoke free. Today is Day 7 and I am soooo tired. I am still on the 14 mg patch and I have 5 left. I think I will buy more because I don't want to slip up by decreasing too early. My biggest problem today is tiredness. I have energy first thing in the morning but by afternoon I have none.
I was pleased to hear FreshAirOk state they have so much energy on their 3 month anniversary. How many more days of l...
Hit the 3 week mark today!

After falling off the wagon big time. My friend gave me a vape unit and omg!! This has been the best tool for me. Super highly recommend quitting this way. You have all the tools ready to go at a fraction of the cost. Been going strong for almost a month and havent looked back. No urge to smoke, no cravings and so happy. This works people. It really does!!
It was easier moving to cigars (3p/d) than quoting from tobacco or taylormades. Its may 4 and in into my third week. Some slip ups, but I didn't let the nicotine take over me, although some points I though I might. Bryn Benn.

I have been smoking for almost nine years started as social smoker for the first three years and then became a heavy smoker. I had to travel overseas and got married to a smoker and we enjoyed sharing the habit.
