I quit for 5 years no smoking or tobacco products. I felt great, didn't drink that much and was breathing alot better. It seemed that all at once stressors were getting to me and I wasn't seeing a therapist at the time. So I started drinking heavily again and smoking about a pack a day. That lasted for 7 years. Now I'm off the sauce, made up my mind to stop again and in the event of stressors, I ...
I can do it
Being in Thailand, nearly 24 hours to my quit date. I'm really looking forward to it. Breathing better and being more healthy. I've already started a walking routine, as of yesterday. I'm just hoping I can quit for the rest of my lifetime. N.O.P.E. is definitely my new matra.
champix side effects : dizziness And vivid dreams has gotten me! And sleeplessness because of the dreams 😅
The dizziness I think only comes as I’m still smoking (less the half my average though which is exciting for me) my quit day is meant to be tomorrow night and I’m really praying my determination stays with me !
I've put cigarettes down cold turkey before because the reason I quit was more exciting and important than my need to smoke. Stay excited about a future and keep trying

Champix fourth week and although I've cut down a lot I've still been smoking a bit. However today is the first time I've actually felt the same when I smoke as when I've not had one. This is encouraging to me. I'm surprised to learn that for some people champix can take up to four weeks and I guess I'm just one of those people! So new quit date is Saturday, please wish me luck 👍
