What do i expect my second week on campix?
Tomorrow is my quit day AGAIN. I have been doing the Cessate Research program with UNSW and know the Champix works but it did make me feel a little spacey and sometimes feeling sick if not eaten enough as you have to eat with Champix. Anyway, I know I have just have to get committed to my health and I know how much better I feel when I don't smoke and how much my cardio fitness improves.

Hi people. I posted a couple of times earlier on my journey. Ive reached 2 weeks, might not seem like much, it’s huge to me! I gave up when pregnant and just spoke to my son at 21 years and Realised I have smoked all his life. After breastfeeding. 2 weeks in feels doable. I’m sick of thinking about it because I’m over it so look forward to the day when it’s not on my mind at all. My sister visit...

I feel it's like forgetting someone who is close and not alive now. Gradually the memories will become blur, and one day we get on to our work.
But initial days are very difficult , I still remember close one sometime but can't stop for it.
Went 5 months ciggie free earlier in the year. With help of Champix. Trying again after a couple months back on....Dr won't give me Champix again because I got quite depressed so trying patches this time. I think the depression was like grieving over the ciggies, felt like giving up something pleasurable, but Dr wont risk Champix again. Quit day in 2 days time. Not feeling as confident as last ti...
