So I have 29 days to my official quit day. Im doing the cut back to quit strategie so on the patch and been having 6 smokes a day. I was smoking on average 30-35 rollies a day.
Just really struggling atm. Day 2 of cutting back. I have the dizziness and sweets. Just feel so drained as well.
Dose anyone have tips to help.

I quit for 5 years no smoking or tobacco products. I felt great, didn't drink that much and was breathing alot better. Being in Thailand, nearly 24 hours to my quit date. I'm really looking forward to it. Breathing better and being more healthy. I've already started a walking routine, as of yesterday. I'm just hoping I can quit for the rest of my lifetime. N.O.P.E. is definitely my new matra.

The dizziness I think only comes as I’m still smoking (less the half my average though which is exciting for me) my quit day is meant to be tomorrow night and I’m really praying my determination stays with me !
I've put cigarettes down cold turkey before because the reason I quit was more exciting and important than my need to smoke. Stay excited about a future and keep trying
I'm an American male in my early 30s. I decided to quit smoking last year on October 12th, two days before my 31st birthday. I had smoked on and off for a few years but had pretty much been a pack a day for two years.
