FEAR. Fear immobilizes us. Fear prevents us from going further. A great post PuffNoMore and fear was a great reason why people don't quit smoking. If we could remove that fear and get people to BELIVE that there is nothing to fear, many more would quit.
We value N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever), so perhaps we need an acronym for FEAR.

Hi guys, I’ve tried champix and I find it great except it gives me dreams all night so I woke up exhausted and it also breaks my skin out. I have literally cut a tablet in half to only have a smaller dose. It helps to make my skin less bad but still effects my sleep. Has anyone taken it at night instead and found that helps? So I think I had a personal breakthrough when it comes to managing those disgusting cravings that used to pop up every now and then.
