I have realised I have passed 8 months smoke free. I am bloody proud of myself. I have done it w through covid and losing my marriage and the life I knew. It has made me realise I am a strong woman. And proud of myself. It makes me feel good to be able to share that with my I can quit family. I proud of the woman I have become. You can do it too.
Hi All, we talk a lot on this site about mindset. When we decide to quit smoking....do you draw a line under that statement...or do you say I am going to try and quit? If you think I am going to try and quit...you are leaving the door open just a little....in case you fail. I have literally cut a tablet in half to only have a smaller dose. It helps to make my skin less bad but still effects my sleep. Has anyone taken it at night instead and found that helps? Has anyone had the same experience?
I want to take it to help me quit ...
Everyone's quit is different. Some want to avoid temptations and triggers while others want to see and feel that they are making the CHOICE. That is empowerment as I see it. When we want something else more than the temptation. When we simply make up our minds to do something because we WANT to. It really is much easier.
