Just reminding people to stay committed. If its a promise to Quit? A pledge? Maybe a doctors order? Your child's wishes you to stop? Even if you dream of ditching the filthy, Expensive past-time, you can take action. It takes alot of courage at first, but ultimately it is the IN_ACTION of not smoking that turns a smoker into a NON-Smoker. Sounds easy, but, that is how it works.

Associate yourself to new place where your old habit reminds you, keep walking in new places/garden/mountains and breathe (deep breathe) after 1 month and observe what you missed when your able to breathe easily and deeply... :-)

Go for long walks, listen to music, multi vitamins, lots of water, exercise, get minties
Each time you smoke, you are:-
1. Literally burning a part of your hard earned money
2. Feeding dangerous chemicals to your body
3. Going away from lofe with each puff
4. increasing the risk of unhealthy death
i believe none of the above is warranted in a sane person's life
