I have been on holidays, parties and outings where smokers are present. At times I have been tempted. But I continued to remind myself of how far I have gone now without smoking . I really dont need the stinking poisonous smoke fumes in my lungs a...
I have tried numerous times to quit but I believe mentally you have to be ready to quit - talking to others about there quit journey allows you put yourself in there shoes making it seem possible. Then it’s the constant thought of reminding yourself why you want to quit in the first place. It’s not easy but talking it out definitely helps I will try and try again until I can on day say no thanks ...
91 days quit today and over $2,000 saved.
I wanted to share a thought I had today which was brilliant. I don’t worry about premature death. Hi 🙋♀️ I’ve tried many times to stop, but I really want too for many reasons. I am using a cut down smoking app. Just started 3 days ago, messed up one day but went right back. I’m really hopeful that it works this time, my quit date is May 4, Also this app is helping me to see day by day how many cigarettes I have and I’m glad to see the pattern of my smoking

Does anyone have any tips? Hypnotherapy? Visualisation? Meditation? Stopping drinking for a while or changing to a new drink? Any advice would be welcomed.
Thanks for the check in. Yes 3 days after countless attempts not getting ahead of myself but am feeling okay. This time I’m trying not to do too much and getting plenty of rest. On minute hour at a time.
After 20 years I have finally quit smoking. The cost and the dependence had finally got to me. I decided to go cold turkey and quit any triggers that could tempt me to get back on the band wagon (alcohol, coffee, ect)
10 weeks and counting have not picked up a cigarette and will never do so. First 2 weeks are hard but after that it gets so much easier.

One Year Today I gave up Smoking. I no longer cough every morning. My energy level is so much higher than when I did smoke. I hardly even think about smoking anymore. I have more time to do productive things (I never really thought about how much time smoking actually takes up). My bank account is a lot healthier. I got a chest Xray this week just to make sure all was well, it was. I know ...
