We're at Day 9. It's important to stay focused and keep building on the progress you’ve already made.
Today is about handling cravings that come out of nowhere... stress, familiar places or old routines can still trigger urges, even when you think you've got it covered.
When a craving catches you off guard, try:
- Pausing and naming it: this will pass
- Putting it off for a few minutes
- Shifting your attention or changing your environment
- Using the same tools that have already helped you get this far
