How did you find Days 2 and 3 of the challenge?
Day 3 of The Big Quit is all about taking control of your triggers. Some people have already started noticing what triggers their cravings.
Everyone’s triggers are different, so the ways we handle them can be different too.
We’d love to hear from you - what triggers have you noticed, or what are you doing to avoid them?

I already know my triggers and have sined up to the Kure app for steps to take when triggers hit. It's a great app but you need to take the time to get into it without distraction
