Day 12: Master your cravings ⚡

We’re at Day 12 and you may notice some cravings feel less intense (or that you’ve found ways to manage them better).

Some of you might be still smoking or vaping at this stage - sometimes quitting doesn’t always happen all at once.

Some people reduce over time and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) can really help you manage cravings while you work towards being completely quit.

Cravings are still normal so keep building on the progress you’ve made and using the strategies that work for you.
