Welcome to Day 1 of The Big Quit. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a big step. 🌱

Today is about getting started. For some people, this is their first full day without smoking or vaping. For others, it might be another day building on a quit they’ve already begun. However today feels for you - that’s okay.

You might notice changes in your mood or body today, like feeling restless, tired, or irritable. These can be early signs that your body is adjusting and beginning to heal.

You may also notice cravings - and while they can feel strong at first, they do ease and become less frequent over the next few days.

Take today one moment at a time. There’s no right or wrong way to do Day 1.
