I'm still smoke free and it's awesome. I keep getting the emails and while I don't check in, they remind me that I've quit and don't have to go through that again. It feels great. Just need to not take it for granted and continue to stay strong.

I am glad that even just seeing the e-mails are a reminder that you don't want to have to quit again from day 1. In the past i have advised that people join in once in a while for that reason and to give support to the newcomers.
More importantly is your overall feeling about your quit. Continue to feel proud and FREE!
