It had been months without the reminder i usually get for my medication every six months in that time i became unwell an my symptoms triggered me to want a smoke for relief though i pressed on an stayed smoke an NRT free.

@Denzoe that was such a strong effort - staying smoke and NRT free even when you were unwell shows real determination. Slipping up doesn’t erase that progress. How are you feeling about getting back on track now?
