Hi I wonder if your nights/sleeping are still difficult or if thats gotten better?
Sometimes I also have a lot of trouble at night and also with sleep so here are a few suggestions:
Dont drink coffee or strong tea at night.
Have a nice very warm shower before going to bed
Put your NRT on your night table before going to sleep so its there in the morning
Put away your phone at bed time and dont check social media
Ask for a peaceful nights sleep with pleasant dreams
Those few things may help and get a hobby or 2 for the night time, you could also make a list of things to do instead of smoking 😁

Yeah my insomnia is a roller-coaster of experiences along with anxiety an depression, I am medicated though am restricted from any medications of addiction, thankyou for your reply real words to live by an I wish you the best on your quiting journey
