By living with the withdrawal and cravings your body becomes accustomed to these sensations and as they get less and less it gets easier and to the point that they are not a problem any more thus staying quit becomes easy.

This is a great description of what it is like to quit smoking, and every day is a wonderful bonus.

You are so right TWS. It does get easier every day. When you are happy with your CHOICE the cravings will depart more quickly. Don't let it be the elephant in the room. Move on and find enjoyment in other things, as a part of it is the lack of dopamine.
