Smoked for 30 years. 20 a day. Tried half heartedly a few times. Until recently, I had a bad cough for weeks, every time I took a drag I coughed until I put the rotten think out. joined a gym and personal trainer, eating the best food and training hard after work. Never thought possible. I wear a patch and chew gum. My mind has changed since the last attempts. This time is different. I'm 54 yo and let me tell you, I feel fantastic. I stay busy and determined. Train hard and love it. 17 days no smokes. If this old bloke with an addictive nature can do it. Anyone can. Please do this, will be the best positive and healthiest thing. Be proud and quit.
