Stay quitting

Im on day 33 now and saved over
$ 1500 . I’ve smoked since I was 16 I’m now 58 and giving up the smokes is the hardest thing ever .
I think the biggest positive is saving money and your health , I don’t cough my guts up in the morning any more and don’t wease when lying down.
Don’t get me wrong I miss them heaps like my best friend has passed away , week 3 and 4 was the hardest for me I could of relapsed so easy , but I am sick of the smokes controlling my life , if you are reading this and struggling just be strong you can do it and tell the smokes to **** off I don’t need you any more .
That’s what I do who knows what the future holds but I’m determined to beat it good luck and and stay focused 👍👍👍👍

Thanks Craigos for posting this, it’s exactly what I needed to read this morning. I’m on day 14 & found yesterday excruciatingly hard & was worried today I would give in.
Your words & thoughts have given me the boost I needed today. My story is similar to yours & all I want is my life back.
I’m already feeling physically healthier, just need to retrain the brain & stay the course.
Thanks again for the boost today.

Like everything I have good days and bad days, but still committed to no smoking.
