I’m currently about 4 weeks with no vaping, I smoked cigarettes for 15 years and then converted to vaping for 5 years(which I think is more addictive).

I’m currently using a 21mg nicotine patch and a peice of 4mg or lozenge PRN. After a while I’ll decrease the consumption of lozenges and gum and lower patch dose. Not until I feel confident enough to start reducing which I don’t think will be anytime soon l.

Always feels like I’m missing something(in my pocket) haha.Have replaced vaping habit for my thai training which I can do now I can breathe properly
